Our patient transport service (PTS) offers non-emergency transport to the NHS and other health care centres. We have experienced staff on hand to provide transport for patients who are unable to travel on public transport due to their medical conditions. Our staff are trained in manual handling, advanced driving skills and conflict management. We will always offer a hand to any service user who may need some help with stability and ensure that they get into their address/on to the ward safely before we leave.
Our PTS vehicles are adapted to make the patients journey to and from hospital as comfortable as possible. The fleet vehicles are routinely safety checked and kept clean so that the passenger has a care-free transfer.
Our non-emergency patient transport service (PTS) provides a much-needed service to the NHS and other private hospitals to ensure the patients arrive calm and on time for their appointments. We pride ourselves on being compassionate, understanding and helpful when the patient is in our care, which sets us apart from some of our competitors.
All staff are first aid trained and we also have a number of staff that are trained to use and carry Automated External Defibrillator (AED) devices in their vehicles.
